Site clearing and grading

Lots cleared, stripped and brought to grade, from a wooded lot to a commercial pad, so the next trade starts on ground that is right.

Ground that is ready to build on

Clearing and grading is the first thing that happens on a site and the last thing that gets noticed. Done right, everything after it goes faster.

Clearing and stripping

Trees, stumps, brush and topsoil taken off the footprint.

Cut and fill

Ground cut down or built up to the grades on the drawings.

Building pads

Pads cut and graded to the drawings, ready for footings.

Final grade and drainage

Lots finished so water falls away from the building, with drainage where the site needs it.

Wooded lots

A treed lot becomes a building pad in stages: clear, strip, cut to grade, then excavate for the footings. The same machine does all of it, so the pad is right when the footings go in.

Final grade and drainage

The last pass sets the grade the site will keep. Slopes fall away from the building and drainage goes in where water would otherwise sit.
